Our 15-Day Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom-colored orders are final sale unless defective.
How to Return
- Email us at support@toysandfidgets.com with your order number and reason.
- We will send a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Refund is issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-colored orders (unless defective)
- Items returned after 15 days
- Items showing signs of misuse
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different color. Email us to arrange.
