Products

All products are custom 3D-printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly from screen display due to filament batches. Dimensions are approximate (±2mm tolerance).

Ordering

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products listed in error. Full refund issued for cancelled orders.

Shipping

We ship from New York State. Transit times shown on site begin from completion of production (1–2 business days after order). We are not responsible for carrier delays once shipped.

Sales Tax

New York State sales tax (8.875% in NYC, varies by county) is collected at checkout as required by law.

Age & Safety

Products contain small parts. CHOKING HAZARD — not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision recommended for children under 8. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and understood this warning.

Intellectual Property

All product designs are original works of Toys & Fidgets designers. Unauthorized reproduction or sale of our designs is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
